The Supreme Court & Bankruptcy

About

This project examines how the interplay between various actors and influences, both internal and external to the Court, affects Supreme Court decision-making in bankruptcy cases. As part of this project we examined the case files of retired Justices. The data we collected from these files can be accessed under the "Project Archive" link on the left sidebar.

The data in the Project Archive were collected as part of a research project conducted by Professor Ronald Mann and Loring Veenstra. The work was funded by a generous grant from the Endowment for Education of the National Conference of Bankruptcy Judges.
